Declaration of SentimentsThe Declaration of Sentiments was written by Elizabeth Cady Stanton in 1848. It was a speech directed towards all the people at the Seneca Falls Convention, to show the people that women deserve rights and it even says so in the Declaration of Independence. This is an important document because this was one of the first women's right conventions try to get women to have the same opportunities as men.
