1848-Seneca falls convention
The Seneca Falls Convention was held in Seneca Falls, New York was a women's rights convention Elizabeth Stanton helped organize the convention. This was over 2 days and many speeches were made for women's rights to vote and women's right in general.
1869-NAWSA

The National American Women's Suffrage Association was created in 1869, it was created by Susan B. Anthony and Elizabeth Stanton. The NAWSA was an organization fighting for the rights of women in the United States. The NAWSA participated in many parades and hosted many conventions. They were the head organization but were made up of many smaller parts.
1893-Colorado Grants Women Voting Rights
Colorado was the first state in the Union to pass women's voting rights on November 7, 1893. The vote had been denied denied two times before in a twenty five year period.
1896-National Association of Colored Women
The Nation Association of Colored Women was established in 1896, it was a group that supported the Women's Suffrage Movement but also that black men and women's rights. They helped women and children suffering from poor health and poverty, but also helped raise money for summer camps, schools and homes for the elderly.
1903-National Women's Trade Union League
The National Women's Trade Union League was founded in 1903 in Boston, Massachusetts. Its was a union created to help women have more secure and safe working conditions and wages. It was a supporter of the Women's Suffrage Movement, and was a large part in making women come together for women's rights.
August 1920-19th Amendment
The 19th Amendment was the amendment that granted women the right to vote, after many years of fighting the people who had fought for women's rights had finally gotten a victory. It was passed by congress on June 4,1919 and women got the right to vote on August 18,1920.
